Over the past few months it has become increasingly clear that we made a great decision by changing our technology support service to Our Web Department. Mark Bradford is an absolute treasure. He not only brings calm to the otherwise stormy seas of our office, he is incredibly reliable and has proven his abilities again and again in solving our computer/network problems. He understands the needs of a small company so that he recommends reasonable yet effective and efficient solutions, as well as being able to track our problems in order to prevent major issues from interfering with our day-to-day business.
